Distribution and delivery

Distribution is the last part of the journey: getting goods from the port or a warehouse to the people who ordered them. We deliver to businesses and to individual customers in towns, in peri-urban areas and in more remote places.

Deliveries can be scheduled, for stock that goes out on a regular run, or made on demand when an order needs to move. We plan the route so that drops are grouped sensibly, and we report on progress so you know when a delivery has been made. Every drop is confirmed with proof of delivery, which you can use to close the order with your customer.

This suits distributors and retailers who receive stock at Mombasa and need it in shops or with customers elsewhere in Kenya. Because we can also clear the goods and hold them in storage, one team can take an order from arrival at the port to the customer. Send us the volumes, the destinations and how often you deliver, and we will work out the runs. We can also run deliveries from stock held in our own storage, so a customer's order does not wait on a separate collection. Ask about the areas you need covered and how often you deliver.
