Road transport

Once cargo is cleared it has to get where it is going. We move containers and loose cargo by road from Mombasa across Kenya and into East and Central Africa. A full truckload suits a container or a large consignment that travels alone; a part load suits smaller consignments that share space and cost.

We collect containers from the port or the CFS and deliver them to your premises, and we move general cargo, consumer goods, industrial supplies, construction materials, agricultural produce, fuel and lubricants, and humanitarian relief supplies. Other cargo can be carried on request, subject to what the load requires.

Because the same team handles clearance and transport, the truck is arranged around the release of your cargo instead of waiting on it. For cargo crossing a border, road transport connects with our transit service. Send us the pick-up point, the destination and the type of cargo, and we will quote the haulage. We can advise whether a full or a part load is the better fit for your volumes and how often you ship, and whether consolidating loads makes sense for regular runs to the same destination. Tell us the weight and dimensions of the load as well as the pick-up point, because these decide the type of truck and the route we can use.
